FROM A MIND-DULLING MONOLOGUE TO A LIVELY DIALOGUE

“Did you ever sincerely endeavor to talk with the spirit of your own soul? Such a thing is indeed difficult and seldom yields consciousness of success; but every honest attempt of the material mind to communicate with its indwelling spirit meets with certain success, notwithstanding that the majority of all such magnificent human experiences must long remain superconscious registrations in the soul of such God-knowing mortals.” [UB 133:4:10]

Thought Adjuster: “Have you consciously initiated such a connection with your divine Indweller? The above statement by Jesus to a truth seeker, made it clear that it befalls the human host to initiate the connection with his divine Indweller consciously. Many of you are doing it unconsciously in what appears to be an inner monologue where your mind interjects with itself, bouncing thoughts around as if they were ping pong balls.

Your monologue inconspicuously morphs into an inner dialogue once you engage on a quest for enlightening truth. As your mind ponders a multitude of pertinent and often candid questions, you come under the influence of the Spirit of Truth. Your asking is a humble admission of ignorance, which is a prerequisite for the successful ‘downloading’ of its corresponding answer through the spiritual grid installed on your world on the Day of Pentecost.

How often have you experienced surprising flashes of insight that prompted you to do a celebratory dance? Those are authentic inspirations originating from the tutor of your soul—your Thought Adjuster. Spirit has to make ado with the framework of your mindset, restructuring it over time so that you can better discern between illusion and reality.

By regularly engaging Spirit in a lively thought exchange, new trains of thought will penetrate your mind and grab its attention with their original flavor. By focusing on their innovative elements, you will extirpate your thinking from its rote—disengaging it from its obsessive looping mode and setting it free to roam in unexplored, exciting mental territories.

God’s Spirit is progressive. It is forward-thinking—always concerned about the sound evolution of your soul. It is a celebratory occasion on both sides, when you grow in understanding, as Spirit can move on to the next chapter of its teaching curriculum.”
