ABOUT TRUE ELITISM

Thought Adjuster: “Dear child, let us speak about True Elitism. In your world, many human beings entertain inflated self-opinions; they view themselves as being part of an elite and think they are superior; consequently they treat others with condescendence and an utmost lack of respect and compassion. Their belief that they are the cream of the cream may stem from the way they were raised. They were privileged and rather than expressing gratitude for their better life circumstances, they take them for granted and lord themselves over those less fortunate.

“The Father does not practice favoritism. In His eyes, the only True Elite is the growing number of His children who chose to lead lives guided by the positive impulses of their hearts—those who chose to live by the Golden Rule. Such Elite of the Heart do not view themselves as an exclusive club of VIPs; rather they humbly recognize that they have been abundantly blessed with gifts meant to be shared and that all credit belongs to their Maker.

“Humility, compassion, and empathy toward others are what allow one to be inducted in the Elite of the Heart. ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.’ Contrary to the social elite who direct others to work at their beck and call, the Elite of the Heart work in service to others. The Jews were waiting for the Chosen One to bring positive changes into their world. Jesus was that One, born to represent the Father among men. They wanted a king; they got a servant who had no qualms about washing their dusty feet.

“The Elite of the Heart is all inclusive. It is not a social privilege but an earned spiritual status. The attainment of the Brotherhood of Man under the Fatherhood of God is its mission statement. You are all part of the elite if you chose to answer the call to service. All have been chosen; all are being called. However, the choice is and will forever be yours.”

***Definition of Elitism is the belief or attitude that some individuals who form an elite—a select group of people with a certain ancestry, intrinsic quality or worth, high intellect, wealth, specialized training or experience, or other distinctive attributes—are those whose influence or authority is greater than that of others; whose views on a matter are to be taken more seriously or carry more weight; whose views or actions are more likely to be constructive to society as a whole; or whose extraordinary skills, abilities, or wisdom render them especially fit to govern.
